Our luxury Willerby Winchester MK3 Outlook 2009, 38ft x 12ft D ST Prestige 3 bedroom Caravan was purchased New in July 2009. It comfortably sleeps 6 people having one double & two twin bedrooms.  It is sited at No. 15 Lakeview, Primrose Valley, Scarborough, and is in a prime location overlooking the pitch & put-golf course and lake.

There is a large comfortable open lounge area with Freeview TV & DVD and the kitchen holds all mod cons including a  new Cooker, Microwave Oven, Fridge Freezer and the essentials of a kettle, crockery and cutlery, 4 slice toaster and a iron & ironing board.  More importantly for those colder nights, there is full central heating & double glazing throughout.

There is also a hoover in the storage locker under the van

For the kids, the “Funworks” are only a few hundred yards away and comprise of Multi-sports court, funfair, crazy golf, out door & in door pools plus many more attractions.

Cleaning is provided by the Owners prior to your arrival to a very high standard, bed linen is provided but not towels and tea towels, and beds are made up ready so all you need to do is kick off your shoes and relax!

You will have full use of the easily accessible private parking bay and are not overcrowded by other residents

For the warmer evenings, a large decking area has been fitted and garden furniture is provided.  Although our accommodation is non smoking and fully fitted with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers have been fitted, you are welcome to smoke outside.

The caravan is located on a prime site overlooking the mini golf course and lake, and is just a short stroll from the many amenities and leisure facilities available at this wonderful park.
