Welcome to the online booking form, please read our terms and conditions as lined out below prior to submitting a booking request:

Arrivals & Departures

• Your holiday home will be ready from 2:30pm, Always on a Saturday.
• You must vacate the caravan by 10:00am the following Saturday.
• A bond of £50 is payable upon arrival, This will be refunded if the caravan is left in the same state as it was on your arrival.

 

Booking Restrictions

 

• Due to the family oriented nature of Primrose Valley, we can not allow single sex groups.
 
• The person wishing to book must be 21 years of age or above.
 
• The total number of people in your party must not exceed 6 and then no more than the number outlined on your booking form.
 
• We do not provide entertainment passes, these can be obtained at the site office on arrival.
 

    

Cancellations

 

• If, due to unforseen circumstances you need to cancel your holiday, you must do so in writing as soon as possible and the following charges will apply:
     
• Cancellation more than 8 weeks in advance of your commencement date will mean no penalty and a full refund.
 
• Cancellation within 8 weeks of your commencement date will prevent your deposit being refunded.
 
• Cancellation within 5 weeks of your commencement date will require you to pay the full cost of your holiday.
 

     

General Booking Information

 

   
• A deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking and must be paid within 7 days otherwise your booking may be re-let.
         
• The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday and if payment is not received, your booking will be cancelled.
     
• If the holiday is booked 8 weeks or less before the commencement date, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.
 

      

Liability

 

• We do not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage to you, any of your family or property during your stay.
             
• We do understand that accidents happen, if you break something, please could you let us know or replace it.
 
• Please note, this caravan was new in July 2009, and we would be very grateful if you could treat it with the same level of respect and diligence you would your own.
         
• We have a no smoking policy in the caravan, and also we do not allow pets in the caravan at any time.
 

 

Availability & Tarriff 

Please note, After the first week in November, The park entertainment closes down and re-opens in the middle of March.
